MechanicDesk works with a number of third parties and partners who help us provide the MechanicDesk service to our Users. Examples include hosting services, accounting services, business intelligence platforms, email and SMS partners, customer relationship management services, customer support platforms and more. In order to supply the MechanicDesk service MechanicDesk may send them Personal Data for storage or processing. MechanicDesk has taken steps to ensure that each partner or third party involved treats the Personal Data in accordance with the privacy laws and legislation of our Users’ jurisdictions.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

MechanicDesk integrate with many third party products. By opting to take up these third party products' integration, you agree to MechanicDesk sharing your information with these third parties and you acknowledge that these third parties have their own privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these products.
To quickly and efficiently resolve customer support issues related to your account, you consent to our support team to log into your account from time-to-time.
MechanicDesk has offices in Australia and Vietnam. Your information may be transferred to, and processed in our office in Vietnam. Rest assured, we put safeguards in place to ensure your Personal Data remains protected.
Specifically, MechanicDesk hosts data with Amazon Web Services in Australia and United Kingdom. The servers on which personal information is stored are kept in a controlled and secure environment.
